To submit an idea, we will ask you to provide an email, postcode and your gender so we can ensure community participation is as representative as possible and to inform you about future steps in this process. This data is not shared with third parties.

Following the first round of consultation in February, Council will then hold a second round of consultation in April, before developing a draft plan for review.

House numbers to be painted on kerbs as so many households do not have clear signage. Impacts on Meals on Wheels drivers and potentially emergency services and any delivery or service providers. Reflective paint so clear at night. Better line marking generally on Wangaratta CBD roads, very worn in many areas. Clear line marking on Rowan/Green St roundabout. This roundabout operates differently depending on entry point and is very confusing for non locals. I've seen several close calls there. Love Wangaratta

Upgrade and make safer crossings of the current 12km cycling, walking and running loop of Wangaratta. Included appropriate directional and informative signage to assist & attract visitors to our great region.

Put a pedestrian island on Rowan St where it crosses One Mile Creek. There are extended periods where the path below the road is unusable in most years. The traffic on Rowan St is challenging even for adults before and after school.
