Supply charges should be on sliding scale based on usage. As a 1 person household, I pay same charges as my neighbpurs with 4 kids! $160+ bill with less than $20 of this on actual water usage and sewerage disposal.
Rewards and incentives for saving water would be great initiative.

South East Water better for me if they noticed unusual water usage and made contact. This use to happen many years ago but unfortunately that's not the case which is very unfortunate

Cost of supply is way too high. It is 80% of my bills. My usage is smaller than other users of similar size. No incentive to conserve water at all.

Cheaper price on water!

The charges on the bill such as parks etc and the cost of recycled water is seriously overpriced.

Provide a discount when one customer pays multiple bills - I shouldnt have to pay waterways and drainage charge 3 times - I only use parks once and often not all. Should be user pays anyway not compulsory payment on my bill.
Be able to place all bills I pay onto one account to be paid at the one time instead of paying three separate bills on three separate dates
When I travel I should be able to apply for an extension online easily and quickly
Water rates keep rising - every 2 or 3rd bill. Seriously give us a break....
I have two water tanks but see so many people waste water - either penalise t...

No recycled water for drinking please...it's made millions of people very sick in those parts of the world where they've been drinking recycled water.

Over the last 10 years there has been a lot of publicity and education regarding reducing or making water useage more efficient. I find this isn't reflected in the bill structure. As a 1 person household, the is absolutely no monetary incentive for me to reduce my water use as my actual water useage bill is such a small component of my total bill (which is largely Service charges). Of course I want to reduce water useage for the environment, but it would be nice if there was also a monetary reward. Please make our bills less heavy on service charges and more flexible on useages charges.

I would like to see the price of water include all the other supply and ancillary charges on the bill. This would really give people a true incentive to reduce their water usage, which is what the State Gov't continually bleats about. Currently the water usage component of the bill, which is the only part that the user has any control over reducing, is a tiny fraction of the bill.
