No recycled water for drinking please...it's made millions of people very sick in those parts of the world where they've been drinking recycled water.

The recent price increase is a bit much. No price increases for some years please. Plus, no water from the desalination plant please...don't want to drink unnatural water.

Incentives and rebates on water saving initiatives, similar to how solar rebates work in the Electricity market.

ie, encourage communities and households to save water by installing grey water systems, tanks and other water saving measures.

Assist by subsidising the set up cost of these systems.

Please explain why are so many charges on my bill?

The charges on the bill such as parks etc and the cost of recycled water is seriously overpriced.

Cheaper bills. The cost of recycled water is far to much and the charges on the bills are ridiculously expensive.

Servicing charges are horrendous. We should not have to pay that much as we are not in a drought .We only use not even a quarter of the service and charges cost yet wr are paying through the roof.

We try to be as frugal with water usage. "Other charges are over the top" The garden is only watered with tank water. Only two people in this household ??

When the sewerage was installed I gave the man the cash he requested, I've since been told that due to my financial situation and being a pensioner, that I shouldn't have been charged. Is this correct?
Thanks,
Pam

Cost of supply is way too high. It is 80% of my bills. My usage is smaller than other users of similar size. No incentive to conserve water at all.
