What would be better is if I got more than 6 business days notice to pay my bill

Need to give more encouragement to save water as was done during the drought years. I still see people hosing down their driveways and paths. Melbourne doesn't get as much water through rain as it did in the past - our rain water tanks are often close to empty and we have six of them of varying capacities which are used for watering the back and front gardens, but mainly the veggie patch. I'd love to see service charges changed to reflect actual usage rather than flat rate. I live on my own but get charged the same service charges as my neighbours - a family of 6 so effectively I'm paying 6 times as much for something I use at least 6 times less!

Also...

Our water is a precious and finite resource and average water usage around the world is 60 litres. So how about some incentives SEW? Some incentives to encourage customers to smash Target 155 and aim for Target 60 would be awesome ☺
