Supply charges should be on sliding scale based on usage. As a 1 person household, I pay same charges as my neighbpurs with 4 kids! $160+ bill with less than $20 of this on actual water usage and sewerage disposal.
Rewards and incentives for saving water would be great initiative.

Offer rebates or discounts for making efforts to save water use such as collecting rain water for gardening, etc.

It would be great if South East Water would recognise that some households use a rain water storage tank supply and therefore are not as much of a burden on the mains water supply systems as other households. Ideally this would be reflected in a reduction in service charges. Although it would be difficult to identify households which actually use the rain water, one possible measure would be to benefit households which generally use much less mains water than the average.

As a renter, signing up to a lease means being a customer to South East Water is a given.
Other than getting my bill, I don't really hear from you.
I've been renting for 12 years.

As a customer, I feel out of touch with your companies goals, achievements, progress or steps your taking for contributing to our the water service, as well as our environment.
There isn't any communication at all encouraging us in a digital or traditional communication space.
And to be honest - I won't visit your website unless you tell me to.

South East Water better for me if they noticed unusual water usage and made contact. This use to happen many years ago but unfortunately that's not the case which is very unfortunate

Perhaps free offer to come to the home and show us how and where we can save water. Offer free water saver taps.

I would like to see more of a break down of when we use our water. I can see how much we use over a three month period at the moment on our bill, but I would love to have finer detail than that to get a better idea about where we can reduce our water usage.
