I believe that customers should be rewarded when they actively recycle waste water .

As it is now I am charged for sewer water that never goes into the drains because it on my garden.

You should be more transparent about the prices you charge for water. What do you do with all that money water is now so expensive. I would like to see more education offered and incentives to households for recycling our precious resource. We are so privileged to have such clean water. In this day and age we should be able to look at our daily usage.

To receive a ebill where the menus actually work and I don't receive "an error has been encountered" when
I ask for to download my bill, to actually have a daily breakdown (non existant on my ebill). And a way to
change back to snail mail - even though I don't remember agreeing to electronic billing.

If there is any way of tracking our daily usage then it will not only help us to plan the control usage but also help you to plan for the better future.

Thanks.

I'd like the house system reviewed, is it too old, is it running efficiently.
As a pensioner can I get a water tank installed?
My water tastes funny, what could cause that?

We get flooding in the front of the house, have had local council look at it but to no advantage.
Drains may be block - installation of sewerage recently seems to have up set the flow.
Replace new tap fittings as old ones are no longer coping with system.

Otherwise I have had some great feed back and assistance from South East Water and they respond
to calls, requests promptly. I live in a very old area, which maybe why system not working well.

I want South East Water to take their environmental responsibilities seriously. Climate change will have an impact on our water resources in the future. South East Water should become carbon neutral so they are not contributing to climate change. South East Water also needs to encourage water use efficiency so that with a growing population and potentially less water due to climate change there is enough water to go around. Recycled water should be available for farms and parks and gardens so that clean water can be used for drinking. It is important that the number of sewage spills into the environm...

Less service fees

Hi Guys,

We're a two person household and as much as we try to save water we find it hard to do so as we have 4 large veggie beds and a few fruit trees that use a lot of water especially during the warmer months. A suggestion I have is to provide some information in a flyer that gives a comparison of how much a household could save by giving a comparison of water savings between manual hose watering vs drip irrigation. Also are there any rebates available for installing a drip irrigation system and if so how much? We're thinking of getting the above done but don't really know if the ...
