provide technical service on how to install water pipes to turn wasted cold water everytime I turn the taps on and drain the water to a storage tank instead of trying to use water buckets to store the cold water everytime I want to use warm water.

South East Water is already doing a fantastic job. The only thing is you are charging too much or the state government is charging way too much!

Not having to filter the water to get rid of the crap in it. 2micron filters last about four - six months before they're clogged.

I would like to see the price of water include all the other supply and ancillary charges on the bill. This would really give people a true incentive to reduce their water usage, which is what the State Gov't continually bleats about. Currently the water usage component of the bill, which is the only part that the user has any control over reducing, is a tiny fraction of the bill.

When water usage increases dramatically from one bill to another the bill payer should be notified. (aka if there is a leak)

If smart meters are added, they are a cost of the infrastructure, not an added cost to the consumer. Ideally any smart meters should talk back through the house's NBN connection, as should the gas meter and electricity instead of paying for private 4G networks. The government should be doing this to lower the cost of investment of smart meters by using existing infrastructure. This could simply be done by the government allowing free access to dedicated ip ranges for ut...

The water ways created in areas like Lyndhurst (Marriott Waters) were designed to trap rubbish before reaches our bay. This is a great idea but the rubbish builds up and remains, residents have had to fight to implement bins near the water ways. I would like to see South East Water make an effort to keep the waters that catch rubbish and street litter clean too. The waterways have not only provided a convenient capture of rubbish but also a home for bird life. It would be a shame to see any hurt by rubbish.

I am appalled at the outrageous charges for our SEW bills which is on a parallel to what we pay for PETROL and tantamount to HIGHWAY ROBBERY..................how do you people sleep at night ?

ALL your charges , other than the price of actual water used and sewage disposal, is a complete RIP-OFF.

No Company, private or govt, other than a MONOPOLY, would have the audacity to charge like "wounded bulls" as SEW does, and then further insult your "victims" by squandering untold millions on that disgusting edifice of 7 or 9 stories, on multi-million dollar land on Frankston...

Provide a discount when one customer pays multiple bills - I shouldnt have to pay waterways and drainage charge 3 times - I only use parks once and often not all. Should be user pays anyway not compulsory payment on my bill.
Be able to place all bills I pay onto one account to be paid at the one time instead of paying three separate bills on three separate dates
When I travel I should be able to apply for an extension online easily and quickly
Water rates keep rising - every 2 or 3rd bill. Seriously give us a break....
I have two water tanks but see so many people waste water - either penalise t...
