Stephanie commented on Greg's question: “I attempted to conduct some business in the town of Jilkminggan which is 1.5 hrs drive from Katherine and could not even get mobile reception let alone have the ability to log onto to check emails or comlete online forms. This community regularly gets cut off by flood in the wet season and therefore rely on Telstra services. This is a real risk.”
