Peta commented on Kon 's question: “yes it is,so if we actually welcomed these people in need,instead of making them and their children criminals there would be no need for smugglers.It is not illegal to ask for help or to seek a better life(or in many cases ,any life at all) for our children.And I dearly hope that if my children where in the dire situations these people's are that there would be someone willing to step forward and do what is right,regardless of political bent.”
