If by this you mean the quotations appearing in the foreword of the ZCA2020 Report, I suggest you go back and read them very carefully. Many (indeed all from those I'd consider 'highly qualified' in the field) are less than full endorsements; 'statements of encouragement' would be closer to the mark. All the quotes that might be considered full endorsements are either from obvious vested interests (renewable energy vendors and narrowly...”

Credibility factor = 0%. The mainstream consensus of this report was for maximum plausible renewables to be much, much less than this.”
