Lyn commented on Ehon's question: “My children lost their father to suicide at 6 & 9 yrs old. At 17 yrs of age my son, suffering severe depression had several suicidal episodes. I would call the police, ambulance, life line, yet no one was able to intervene. The best I could find was an appointment with a youth counselor in 2 days, or a Justice Enforcement Order which would have taken a week. He could have been dead. There was no one to help. ”

Lyn commented on Rebecca's question: “Pessimism will get you nowhere. If you do nothing then nothing will happen. How about showing a bit of optimism and do something. The power of the people will prevail if we stick together. Give it a go!”
