Bonnie commented on Bridget's question: “It seems that the carbon tax and the 'family payments' are a kind or reform for distribution of wealth, so some reform is happening. Removing volunteerism would be the end for many many services that get little or no funding but where there is great need. When people have the skills/time to volunteer they should be supported to and that energy harnessed. Imagine what a comprimise it would be on our civil rights also if the government did not allow us to volunteer. We couldn't clean up the rubbish by our local creek. We couldn't help an...”
