What would be your attitude to reigning in the excessive renumeration currently paid to many CEO's, often at the expense of jobs that really matter such as Customer Service Officers? This could be achieved by setting the wage of the lowest paid employee in any organisation (INCLUDING casual and contract workers) at a fixed percentage of the TOTAL value of the CEO's package. That way, when one person gets a rise. so does everyone else.

This is a simple solution that is very transparent - and makes sense for all levels of society. "Super rich" greed driven CEO's are unlikley to be happy with the money - and this will encourage them to find other satisfaction - and to manage toward great social results.
