Why did the ACTU wait so long to intervene in the corruption issues at the HSU? It's been widespread knowledge for years that some branches were mismanaging funds.

It is typical of most organisations that they can say and preach the right thing, but when wrongs are dicovered they are incapable or unwilling to do anything about it. This makes those organisations unethical and not to be trusted.
