“How do we change our management culture? Currently management are rewarded for the reduction of their staff numbers, they profit by it. Management strive to lower the wages and or conditions of lower paid workers. Management are rewarded for sending work offshore. Management are taking an ever increasing percentage of the payroll budget for themselves. I find it obscene that management should profit from the loss of paid work of others. How can we get the balance right re the remuneration of management and the power they have? We have a minimum wage should we also introduce a maximum wage? Keep the profits in the business so the business can be grown. We need people to have real jobs ones they can rely on. ”
