I've been in childcare for 17years and I'll believe the recognition and pay rise when we get it

Our P.M. needs to pay attention to what the people want and not tell us one thing and then not do the right thing in the end... we need our P.M. to stand up to the plate and be counted this is for kids...

I would like to see the prime minister working for peanuts like we do, yet influencing and shaping the lives of the children in our care.....yep like to see that!!!

Our children are our future prosperity.

Well if we don't stand up for ourselves and tell the government what needs to be done to fix this industry then nothing will ever change...educators will continue to be poorly paid and continue to leave and there will never be quality within the early years...EVER!!!

Pessimism will get you nowhere. If you do nothing then nothing will happen. How about showing a bit of optimism and do something. The power of the people will prevail if we stick together. Give it a go!
